About Horizons West Professionals
Mission
Horizon West Professionals is a microlocal referral based networking group that seeks to build a positive atmosphere for business professionals to meet and connect, create lasting relationships and build solid business alliances across Horizon West.
Purpose
Our goal is to not only connect and promote our microlocal businesses, but also to make sure that Horizon West develops into a community in which we may all live, work, and play, even in the absence of a city or town governance.
Connect
Meetings are scheduled from 7:45 to 9:15 am on the First & Third Wednesday of each month at the Overlook at Hamlin Clubhouse, located at 7709 Lake Hancock Blvd, Winter Garden. Attendees can anticipate a spotlight presentation or small group activity, member introductions, as well as coffee and light refreshments.
Networking Nights
Throughout the year, this casual event offers light refreshments and beverages, allowing area professionals to network, expand business prospects, and learn about the growing community. Networking Nights are available to all Horizon West professionals, not just members.
Membership
How Do I Join?
If you're interested in learning more about Horizon West Professionals and your business meets the requirements below, you can join a 1st and 3rd Wednesday morning meeting as a guest up to two times. This allows you to meet our members and experience the meeting structure. If you decide that HWP is a good fit for your business and the industry category is available, you'll proceed through the application process.
Requirements
To qualify as a Horizon West Professionals member, you must have a brick and mortar business located in Horizon West, or reside in Horizon West and provides goods or services to the residents or businesses of Horizon West.
Horizon West Professionals is an industry exclusive group, to see if you're industry is represented, browse the member directory.
